Russell High Enviro Club assess the water

Russell High’s environmental club is very active learning about, and contributing to the preservation of our environment. Pupils went on an outing to the Dorpspruit, in Pietermaritzburg, to test the water. They used miniSASS which is a simple tool used to monitor the health of a river. They were assisted by Adwoa Awuah and Jarryd Gillham from the Institute of Natural Resources.
