Pietermaritzburg winter warmth drive

Members of Varsity College Pietermaritzburg’s VC Cares (student volunteer body) and student volunteers with (in front) Sonya Nursoo (campus student wellness manager) and Sandra Pillay (Mama Ntombi’s Community Projects), with some of the 42 blankets, winter gear and cash collected for the Mama Ntombi’s Community Project and Youth for Christ during the campus’ recent “Winter Warmth” drive. The greater student body got involved and the drive culminated in the making of 320 sandwiches which were given to Mama Ntombi’s.
