And it’s April in the Midlands

And it’s April in the Midlands

When the going gets tough … the tough get out and find the good stuff!

When the going gets tough in the land of Good News, we always find a sign that things will be alright…somehow. What a month it’s been … reshuffling, demonstrations, remonstrations, junking, recriminations … but hey, then you have the good stuff! People who are going places and making a difference – like Rachael van Rensburg and the KZN Youth Wind Band, Sosibo Percival a local teacher intern who headed to San Francisco on a life-changing exchange, and even our Food Hero, Mr Ahmed!
It seems to be all about listening to the music at the moment – Splashy was a delight on so many levels and the upcoming Michaelhouse Music Festival (the first show starts today!) is sure to leave you feeling lighter, and free-er! Get out there and enjoy.
Warmest
Phillippa and Caroline
