Treverton College celebrated some special achievements at their Annual Speech Night and Grade 12 Prize Giving on Friday 14 October.

Guest of Honour Thomas Hagspihl an experienced educator delivered an inspiring and relevant address to the Treverton class of 2016.

During the school holidays a group of Treverton girls travelled to the Netherlands as part of the Travel and Sport Invitational hockey team. Whilst on tour, the girls were exposed to international hockey experts and some high performance coaching.

Athletics News from Treverton Prep
Fifty two teams from throughout South Africa attended the Grey College Invitational athletics meeting held in Bloemfontein on Saturday 15 October. Despite the extremely hot weather Treverton athletes representing the KZN team performed well. Two notable achievements came from Thato Phakoe who grabbed the Gold medal in the U14 long jump with a jump of 5,98m into head wind. Michaela Licen received a Bronze medal in the U14 100m. Michaela who is still U13, set a personal best of 12,9sec.
