The Grade 4 girls from The Wykeham Collegiate were transported back in time when they visited the Voortrekker Museum recently.

The Wykeham Collegiate Junior School’s Paige Brombacher has been selected to represent KwaZulu Natal in the South African Schools swimming championships.

The Wykeham Collegiate  congratulates Sarah Ryan who took  part in the recent Mandela Day MTB  Dash and came 2nd overall and was  the first Sub Junior in the 25km  division. Sarah also recently took  part in the 40km Siegetown  Wheelers Road Race held in  Ladysmith where she was the first  lady and first Sub Junior competitor  across the finish line.

The Grade 2 girls from   The Wykeham    Collegiate visited    Macrorie House  recently to learn about  life in early ‘  Maritzburg. Macrorie  House is the only early to mid-Victorian double-storey house open to the public in Pietermaritzburg.

The Wykeham  Collegiate Grade 1’s  had a fun-filled  morning when they  visited Maywood  Farm recently where  they fed the calves,  visited the hen house  and ran through the  sprinklers watering the vegetables.

Bronagh Johnson  from The Wykeham  Collegiate recently took part in the South  African National  Equestrian Show held  at Cantebury  Equestrian Centre.  She was selected for  the KZN 70cm A  Jumping Team. She  will take part in the Nationals to be held in October this year.
