St Johns DSG celebrates 100 years

St John’s Diocesan School for Girls is 117 years old, but this week celebrated “100 Years on Harwin Road”, our current campus – in those days considered to be the “country”.
The “Spirit Week” of festivities included 100 year birthday cake, balloons in a 100 formation, installing and hoisting of the school flag along with the South African flag, Old Girls’ reunions and finally the traditional Old Girls’ Chapel Service, Grade 8 Market Day and Picnic Proms.
