The Put Foot Rally Rally is an 8000km adventure through 5 countries over 18 days, starting in Cape Town, travelling up the west coast up through Namibia, Zambia, Malawi and finishing in Inhambane, Mozambique. 76 teams will be taking part this year, from all over the world.

“We are very excited to be embarking on this adventure. The route is completely up to us so we are still finalising our stop overs. There are 4 official check points, one in each country.” says Emma. “Have a look at www.putfootrally.com for details on what the adventure entails. We will be handing out new school shoes to children in need at the various schools we will pass along the route. Fundraising for the Put Foot Foundation who organise the shoe drops, has begun in ernest. We have been looking for sponsorship to help us cover the costs of the journey and have so far secured assistance from MTO group, Ezigro and Zylem. Naturally more sponsors are welcomed and we will continue to look for more.” says Green.

“Hello friends from all over the world.
We are a group of university students partaking in the Put Foot Rally happening this June/ July.
This adventure will take us through five beautiful African countries namely: South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Malawi and ending in Mozambique.
The AIM is to raise money for the Put Foot Foundation who will supply us with brand new school shoes to drop off at various disadvantaged schools along the way.
Since a good quality education is of such importance in South Africa we have chosen to raise additional funds in support of
TUTORS4TOMORROW– an awesome organisation run by students who tutor school children at Khayamandi High School in Stellenbosch.
