Annual Kenmo Lake Autumn Picnic
The Southern Berg community will enjoy a picnic and day of classical music at Kenmo Lake near Himeville on Sunday, April 28.
It has been a tradition for nearly 40 years for families and friends in the Southern Drakensberg to enjoy the beautiful autumn weather with a picnic and gentle classical music at Kenmo Lake, near Himeville, before winter sets in.
The lake on Hazeldene Farm is a safe venue for children to run and play and for all to enjoy walking and photographing the stunning autumn trees. Music will be provided by Neil Prior and Berg Music Club.
All are welcome. Bring your own food for a picnic, your drinks and your seating (Note, no braai fires will be permitted, and no food will be on sale).
This is a fundraising event. Many prizes to be drawn on ticket numbers.
