eyes. For many sufferers, the annual pollen season becomes a nightmare.
Six weeks before pollen season start taking the following herb. They will strengthen your system and help to reduce the symptoms. DRIED OR FRESH ELDERFLOWER / YARROW / NETTLE – 1 /4 cup tea x 3 daily
ECHINACEA TINCTURE – A few drops in warm water every 2 hours when an attack starts
A C V & LOCAL HONEY 2 TBS daily
CHAMOMILE / ELDERFLOWER / EYEBRIGHT COMPRESS – to soothe itchy eyes
LAVENDER / EUCALYPTUS OIL – a few drops in the bath to steam air
