You are invited to a playful morning OR evening to feast on delectable Japanese sushi.
Learn to make all of those favourites from scratch – from Nigiri and Maki, to Fashion Sandwiches and Hand Rolls –
all using the finest fresh ingredients.
Sushi is perfect for getting the creative (and salivary!) juices flowing and we will not only be learning the secrets to cooking the perfect sushi rice,
but experimenting with interesting flavours and combinations to truly delight the senses.

This Hands-On session will see us creating an assortment of all different styles of sushi and will end with a veritable feast of all delicacies prepared.
Bring a friend and bring your own drinks if you like and a take-away to take extra sushi home! Spaces are limited so do get booking!
