Mum’s Mail hosted their fabulously French second annual ladies’ breakfast for The Sunflower Fund which was a highlight on the Pietermaritzburg social calendar. 220 ladies wore fun, French outfits and enjoyed presentations by guest speakers, Cindy Norcott and Lynelle Harrison.

The funds raised from this event equates to 16 new donors being educated and recruited as potential bone marrow stem cell donors on the South African Bone Marrow Registry.

A big thank you to the headline sponsor JAM Clothing and the main gift sponsor Esse Organic Skincare, as well more than 70 other companies and individuals who all contributed to the success of the morning. Their involvement has made a significant difference and a positive step towards saving the lives of those fighting leukaemia and other life-threatening blood disorders.
