Cordwalles flags the North Pole
During the month of April Pietermaritzburg adventurer and businessman Duncan Paul spent three gruelling weeks on ice travelling dog sledding to the North Pole. The 250km journey, supported by twelve Huskie dogs, two guides and four clients, was both highly physical and exhilarating. Not only did Mr Paul celebrate his 60th Birthday during the expedition but he also had the opportunity to raise the Cordwalles Preparatory School flag at the North Pole, much to the delight of his grandson, Riley Graves who is a pupil at Cordwalles
