TWC outing to Dairy Day and Mandela capture Site

TWC Grade 3’s around the sculpture at the Nelson Mandela Capture Site

TWC Grade 3’s around the sculpture at the Nelson Mandela Capture Site

The Wykeham Collegiate Grade 3’s thoroughly enjoyed their outing to Dairy Day Factory where they learnt more about how the milk and milk products go from the cow to the consumer. At the Nelson Mandela Capture Site, which they visited after this, they learnt more about Nelson Mandela and the motivation behind devoting 67 minutes of their time. By volunteering one minute for every year of Mandela’s public service, they can make a small gesture for others less fortunate than themselves.
