Singakwenza Education and Health, a non-profit organisation that aims to provide low cost, high impact health and early education, held a fundraising evening in Hilton recently. The event was well supported and the guests enjoyed participating in a silent auction and listening to the inspirational message that Sibusiso Vilane presented. Sibusiso, the only black African to have summited all 7 of the highest mountains in the world, was once a heard boy until he was given the opportunity to go to school and then further opportunities to become a game ranger and then ultimately, against all odds, he is now a renowned adventurer. This was made possible by people becoming his champion – a champion is a defender, supporter, remarkable person, hero or warrior. You are invited to become a Rainbow Champion for Singakwenza. Please contact linda@singakwenza or 082 3211 283 to find out how you can become involved.

“Sibusiso was a very appropriate speaker, obviously having received various opportunities during his lifetime. It just shows what a difference one can make. We felt very proud to be associated with Singakwenza, and are very confident that your organisation will go from strength to strength.” Chief Investment Officer at Harvard House Group, Michael Porter, a guest at the event. “Your team are doing a tremendous job and I wish you well as you strive along.” Sibusiso Vilane, guest speaker.
